The link below is a PDF copy of our legal disclaimer. Before any work is started, our clients are asked to sign two copies. In essence it states that the client acknowledges that whilst work is being carried out, the contractor will undertake every reasonable precaution against causing damage to the client's computer equipment.
It informs the client that the contractor of the existance of our Code of Ethics. As a company, we stand fully behind any decision the contractor may make in refusing to undertake work for a client if the contractor believes it to be against their ethical or moral stance. It is within our rights to refuse to accept work from any client that has been refused work by a contractor on these grounds.
